General information

Foto Factory is a Danish company owned by Maria Rosendal and Martin Bay. When you order products from Foto Factory (“Foto Factory”), the following terms and conditions apply. This means that you as a customer approve and accept these general terms and conditions for all purchases on foto-factory.dk.

Delivery

Orders are delivered by courier service to your home address or parcel shop as specified at checkout. Delivery time is typically 2-4 business days.

We deliver worldwide; other prices are listed on the website under payment.

Delivery of posters
When your order consists of posters only (without frame), they will be sent in a specially designed poster box. All our posters are printed after order. Delivery time is typically 2-4 business days in Denmark.

Delivery of posters, frames and glass
If you order posters with frames and glass, or just frames and glass, your order will be shipped in robust packaging designed for safe transport of frames.

Delivery risk
Foto Factory assumes responsibility for ensuring that the goods are not damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. However, when returning the goods, it is your responsibility to insure them against damage and loss.

Secure payment

Foto Factory accepts payment with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, VISA, Amex, MobilePay and Klarna. Payment is only deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK and incl. VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Our payment page is protected with SSL encryption, and all payment solutions are certified.

Returns & Refunds

Foto Factory offers a 60-day return policy from the date you receive your goods. Notice of cancellation must be given to us no later than 60 days after receipt, and the goods must then be returned no later than 14 days after you have informed us of the cancellation.

The goods must be returned in substantially the same condition as when received and in their original packaging. We recommend that you send us an email at hello@foto-factory.dk before returning so that we can process your case as quickly as possible.

You can use our return portal ; here the shipping price is 75 kroner, and the package can be delivered to the nearest GLS delivery point.

Handling of received product(s)
To ensure that the product matches your order, you may only inspect the item as you would in a physical store. If the item is handled to a greater extent than described, you are liable for any depreciation in the value of the item.

Costs of return
When returning goods, you pay for the return postage yourself and bear the risk that the goods are not damaged or lost during transport. We will refund the amount no later than 5 business days after receipt and approval of the return. The refund will be made to the account used for the purchase.

Right of complaint

In accordance with the Danish Sales Act, Foto Factory offers a 24-month warranty period . This means that you can have the product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. The warranty covers production errors and defects that were present at the time of delivery.

It is important to inspect the product upon receipt. If the product is damaged, please contact customer service as soon as possible with:

  • Clear pictures of the damaged products.
  • Pictures of the packaging (exterior and interior).
  • Image of shipping label.

Reservations and Offers

We reserve the right to change prices and terms and conditions without prior notice. Images on the website are indicative. Discount codes cannot be used on already discounted items.

VAT and customs duties

VAT is included for orders within the EU. When ordering outside the EU, you are responsible for any local VAT and customs duties.
