Poster of the small hut on Lake Sørvágsvatn in the Faroe Islands. It is early morning, the strong wind has subsided and the lake is quiet. You can hear a fish jump now and then and it is otherwise very quiet. Sørvágsvatn is the largest lake in the Faroe Islands and lies on the island of Vágar. The traditional fishing hut is used for fishing.
The photograph is part of Foto Factory’s Föroyar series that focuses on the dramatic, poetic and to many unknown nature.
