On Anholt you will find Turquoise water around the cost. As the coast around Anholt mainly consists of sandy beaches with the most beautiful light-coloured sand. We spent a lot of time on the coast, where we were enchanted by how deserted Anholt was. It was excellent medicine for the body and soul to watch how the weather changed out at sea. Groups of cormorants and seagulls roamed the beach, and they only flew off when we got too close.
The photograph was taken late in the day when dark clouds and rain hung over the sea, and the sun was reflected on the water to give it its wonderful colour. We love the colours and the dramatic sky.
The poster is included in the Denmark series, where Foto Factory publish posters from the Danish countryside. The Danish islands often contain a unique scenery and a pleasant environment around the small towns and ports.
