Råbjerg Mile is a unique place in Denmark, where the sand travels across the country and transforms the landscape into a huge sand mile that covers everything in sand.
The sand mile moves the mile by 18 meters a year, and is the largest hiking dune in Northern Europe. The last time we visited Råbjerg mile was on a dark and windy autumn day. Today it is almost night and here it is completely quiet and soon the darkness turns into a beautiful summer day.
