Almind lake poster

Almind Sø poster from beautiful Silkeborg, capturing the essence of this idyllic lake in southern Silkeborg. Almind Sø is known for its many scenic walks all year round – cold winters, where the ice seals the lake, the colorful autumn foliage and the warm summers, where swimming at one of the lake's bathing spots is a firm tradition. We especially remember the many walks around the lake, where nature shows itself from its best side regardless of the season.

This photograph was taken late in the evening, when the guests are leaving the lake, and calm descends over the landscape. The boat lies quietly on the shore after a day of fishing and cozy moments on the lake.
